Do you need a fun, energetic, reliable person to help out with childcare? I'm Gemma, I have just moved to Maroubra from the UK and loving it here so far! Back home, my career was in Child Protection which involved me working with vulnerable young parents by supporting them to complete various parenting programmes to enable them to make safer choices for themselves and their newborn child - a challenging yet incredibly rewarding job! I have extensive knowledge and experience in childcare having also studied a degree in Psychology, training in Child Development and Infant Nutrition as well as Safeguarding. I also have a 1 year old nephew who I miss a lot and a niece on the way! For right now, I'm taking a year out to travel and plan to settle here in Sydney before travelling more at the end of the year.
