Hi I'm Kate. I have worked in the early childhood sector for 16 years. I am currently studying to become a Primary teacher. For the past 15 years I have worked in Early childhood, and have experience with babies, toddlers and preschool aged children. I love watching children grow and learn, and truly believe that this is a privilege. My philosophy is based on developing strong relationships with children based on mutual trust, respect, and understanding. I have worked for the department for Education for the past 6 months and prior to this I was working in a childcare centre for 9.5 years. I am passionate about what I do, and will always give as much as I can to supporting the children I work with.
