New or seasoned ;) Duties I can offer are : 1) Providing attentive and nurturing care for children in the absence of their parents. 2) Creating a safe and stimulating environment for children to play, learn, and grow. 3) Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks for children according to their dietary needs and preferences. 4) Engaging children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational exercises to promote their development. 5) Assisting with homework, school projects, and educational goals. 6) Establishing and maintaining routines for meals, naps, and bedtime to promote consistency and stability. 7) Supervising and monitoring children's activities to ensure their safety and well-being. 8) Transporting children to and from school, extracurricular activities, playdates, and appointments. 9) Providing basic first aid and medical care in case of minor injuries or emergencies. 10) Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. 11) Teaching and reinforcing good manners, social skills, and positive behaviours. 12) Implementing boundaries in a fair and consistent manner, in alignment with the parents' guidelines. 13) Communicating regularly with parents to provide updates on children's activities, progress, and any concerns. 14) Performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as tidying up children's rooms, doing children's laundry, and washing dishes used during meal times.
