My foundation as a caregiver and educator is respecting families values, beliefs and children's needs. My working life has been committed to the daily needs of children. I do not take lightly the responsibility parents afford me to take care and educate their children. I am a nurturing, trustworthy, flexible, committed and enthusiastic quality caregiver & experienced educator. I believe providing an honest, safe, deep and caring environment fosters meaningful connections where understanding & relationships grow. As a caregiver & educator I am sensitive to the individual needs of each child allowing them to thrive and flourish within their own abilities whilst encouraging them to step outside of their comfort zone, building resilience. Childhood is a time for fun, laughter, learning & exploration. Children learn through play & being exposed to new experiences. I'm all about this. Encouraging and tailoring experiences to your child's interests and needs is important to their growth and their ability to take control of their learning.
