Dear Sirs/Madame, I am writing to apply for Carer or Support Workers with sponsorship for vacancies in Australia. I am looking for sponsorship I am a Zimbabwean national currently in Zimbabwe have a full UK drivers licence and Care experience In different care settings e.g care at home and in residential or assisted living and home care. I am highly motivated, compassionate and caring. I have experience working with individuals and in a care home setting. I also have personal experience working with children with learning disabilities and complex needs e.g Downs Syndrome and Austism. I understand and follow all procedures and company policies, whilst also supporting and caring for clients and residents in a dignified , kind happy and comfortable environment also making sure to respect their social and cultural beliefs and being able to allow them to make their own descisions and choices in their daily lifestyles and activities. I trained in the UK on Personal care, Safeguarding, manual handling and movement, first aide, just to mention a few, I also have a NDIS screening and check for working with children and vulnerable adults.
