Parents love that I care for their children as if they were a part of my family. They also like how I am flexible with the process but still punctual.

Kids love that I am able to do if not all, most activities with them. I always make an effort to have a child centered approach and join into activities that they would like to do.

I love working with kids as I learn a lot about their development and about how each child is different. I have always enjoyed being around my younger family members and helping out whenever I can.
