My name is Crystal, and this year I’ve relocated from my hometown in Regional Victoria to excitedly study the Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Deakin University. I aim to use this degree as a future pathway for Medicine.

I'd love to establish a network of families for casual babysitting jobs around my study schedule, particularly in Burwood and the surrounding areas.

With my experience in childcare through volunteering at my local Church, I've taken care of children of various ages, ranging from toddlers (18 months - 3 years), to pre-schoolers (3 - 5 years), and primary schoolers (Prep - Grade 6). I've helped with snack preparation, small cleaning duties, and have organised/been involved in fun activities (including crafts, face painting, etc.).

With my calm and nurturing nature, I'm confident in creating a safe, loving, and enjoyable environment for the children in my care. I believe I am very mature with a positive attitude and am both enthusiastic and engaging. Further, I consider myself super organised and am happy to help with light housekeeping tasks related to the children (when not caring for / entertaining the children).

I have a sound understanding of what the ideal nanny/babysitter looks like, as my older sister has been a well-loved nanny for 9 years. I take all of her tips and tricks of the trade on-board, and am very appreciative of it.

I have a First Aid Certificate and my driver’s licence (red P’s). I intend to obtain a WWCC and Police Check.
I charge $25/hr, depending on the role (hours required/number of children/location.
