Parents have commented on my genuine relationships with the children, on the level of understanding I have with them. I am very empathetic and kind, and always work with the kids, rather than purely ordering them around.

The kids love my story-telling, my singing, the games we come up with, science experiments we have done together etc.

It's an incredible thing, being able to help a child when they're in need. Being able to be there for them, teach them, support them and encourage them.
