I am fun to be around, will listen to them, will talk to them about their interests to create fun and meaningful activities. Will download their favorite singer/ cartoon soundtrack to play in the car. Can teach them how to meditate or process their emotions.

I love spending time with children as they teach me to come back to the present moment. I am so passionate about teaching children ways to process their emotions & coping mechanisms for the ups & downs of life.
