Looking for an experience nanny to look after our 1yo boy (and occasionally his 3yo brother and 5yo sister) 2x afternoons a week

We are looking for an experienced nanny to help mainly with our 1 year old boy. He has a 3yo brother and a 5yo sister who might need caring (pickups from school & kinder and during school holidays) at times as well. Initially we are wanting someone 2 afternoons a week (open to what days this will be) and then this will likely extend to full days once I (mum) return to work (around October). We are looking for an experienced nanny to help mainly with our 1 year old boy. He has a 3yo brother and a 5yo sister who might need caring (pickups from school & kinder and during school holidays) at times as well. Initially we are wanting someone 2 afternoons a week (open to what days this will be) and then this will likely extend to full days once I (mum) return to work (around October). He will be sleeping for part of it and then we would want you to take him to the park, library, go for a walk, do play time at home etc. During school holidays you might also have the 3yo and/or 5yo in your care also. We'd like someone with experience as our little guy is high energy and loud with the biggest smile!
We'd also love it if you had availability on the weekends for some occassional babysitting of all three so my husband and I can go out. We already have a few sitters on rotation for this so you'd just be added to the list. Not a mandatory requirement.
We live in Richmond close to shops, parks, playgrounds.
