Single parent needing support in mornings to help kids get ready and dropped at school/ daycare and Pick up for short time after school.

I’m a single parent with 3 beautiful incredible children. Eldest daughter 10, Son 8 and youngest daughter 3 years of age. All very self reliant except the youngest.
I’m a self employed builder and require assistance in the mornings to prep and drop kids at school/ day care and pick them up at 3 and bring home for an hour or so until I can return. School is under 10 minutes from home.
