I am always punctual and in my job carers have always said how easy I was for the kids to get to know. Carers have also prided me on my ability to adapt when kids have needed me too.

What kids love about me is my ability to talk to them like I would anyone else. Kids love that I am present in the moment which makes them calmer and happier.

I am a parent myself (3yrs) and we're also a defence family. Babysitters have given my family something I could never repay and I hope to do the same for other families.
