Solo mum with 6 year old girl looking for a aupair in our girls house! 25 - 30 hours of help a week in exchange for Accomodation + food + p

Location: Woodville Gardens, Adelaide. South Australia.

Start date: 17th November 2024.

We are a very close knit pair, we are also very easy going, whom love to have fun, miss six is independent, hilarious, smart, and Ms. 39 is starting a new business and works part time so needs help juggling it all as a solo parent! I have 100% sole custody and essentially I am looking for a responsible older sister for my girl. We have had international students all year and my daughter loves the idea of someone older in the home. However, this time will be responsible for my child.

Responsibilities: I will start working really long hours in the coming month, and so your responsibilities will be the following: Picking daughter up from school 3 nights a week. Meal prep a snack and dinner - introducing her to new foods. Practice reading, writing, have some fun doing arts and crafts. Putting her to bed on the nights I will be at work.

You will then have the evenings to yourself. You will have the days to yourself also. I will need baby sitting Saturdays until the business is up and running with staff, which you are free to do any activities together as you both wish. I pick up my daughter other 2 days from school, spend some time with her and then head back to work. Your job will be predominately night shifts. No morning shifts needed. So, you can sleep in! Whilst my daughter is in School feel free to study, get work (fashion/retail/cafe maybe?) or just chill during the day. Whilst it’s not your responsibility to clean the whole house, sharing the responsibilities ie doing your own laundry clean your own bathroom, working as a team and leading by example to inspire miss 6 focus on her chores. About you: Humour in our home is a must, having a giggle with her is important, someone clean, respectful, fun. Someone looking to really lean in to help create a strong, independent creative little girl. If you could peal her away from her iPad that would be a plus too!
